Bio

The 2025-26 school year marks the beginning of my 32nd year in education and my 28th year in St Vrain Schools. I started my career in San Antonio as a Special Education teacher. When my husband and I moved to Longmont, I taught Special Education at Twin Peaks Charter and then at Eagle Crest Elementary. I served as the principal of Mountain View Elementary and as a district administrator for Special Education before joining Burlington in 2022. My husband and I have two daughters, Evvie and Olivia. Evvie will be a Sophomore at Shenandoah University in Virginia this year, and Liv will be a senior at Silver Creek High School. We have three dogs and two cats. We love to camp, paddle board, cook, and spend time with family and friends. Burlington is a very special school community, and I can't imagine working anywhere else!
